Da li je Crna Gora pod americkim sankcijama?

Prije neki dan htio sam da kupim program RealPlayer + preko interneta i kreditne kartice, i tako poceh da popunjavam one bokseve sa imenom i prezimenom, brojem kreditne kartice, adresom ? ali ne lezi vraze , u listi zemalja nema Montenegro, nema Serbia and Montenegro, nema Serbia pa program nece da prihvati da platim.
Nebudem lijen pa posaljem pismo ( ono contact) i pitam ga sto nema Montenegra, pa ni serbia na listi zemalja a on mi odgovori, nasta se ja zapanji:

Because Real.com is a U.S. company this is probably the reason.

I suggest that you try with another country as described above.
If this does not work, you can download RealPlayer Basic with Google Pack. This will normally work.

A preporuka da se stavim najblazu zemlju Crne Gore je naprosto smijesna. Moja adreesa na kreditnoj kartici je Crna Gora a ne Albanija, Bosna i sl.

Sta vi mislite o ovome i da li je Crna Gora pod sankcijama?
