    mojsije to je bilo apropo zajebancije, jer podgoricani kad bildaju svi noge preskacu pa su fdolje ka cackalice a gore ka zgrada ;p morao sam da se nasmijem na to me asociralo

    Daleko sam ja od strucnjaka,ali iz tvoja zadnja 2 posta mogu zakljucit da sam veci strucnjak od tebe u svakom slucaju.
    Sa te 16kg misicne mase za 2,3 mjeseca mozes da Guinnessa da se prijavis.Moguce je da si imao savrsenu ishranu + savrsenu suplementaciju + neki steroid za bolju sintezu bjelancevina.I opet bi bilo barem 4,5kg masti.

    e moj divljina, to ti je rad kike radovica, znas ono prirodnim putem za 3 mjeseca ruka sa 25 obima na 64 ;p

    Ne kažem ja da je to bilo 100% mišićno tkivo, ali nije ni sve bilo mast, da je tako ne bi gotovo nikakva definicija postojala. Uostalom, ja samo kažem da ne trebaju nikakvi suplementi, da bi se rekreativno treniralo i imalo solidno sređeno tijelo. To je moja poenta.

    Tesko mojsije da je od tih 16 kg bilo i pola misicne mase,po onome sto ja znam.Jedino ako si imao savrsenu,ali bas savrsenu ishranu(5-6 obroka na dan,svaki dan,gotovo bez imalo masti,i bez slatkisa,sokova,fast fooda i tih sranja)i mnogo djelotvoran trening koji si skroz pravilno i redovno radio.Mada,sto znam,sve je moguce.Ako ti kazes tako,ok
    A sto se tice treniranja noga,mislim da je potpuna nebuloza izbacivat ih iz treninga koliko god bile razvijene.Vjezbe poput cucnja i mtvog dizanja aktiviraju po 2/3 misica i nevjerovatno doprinose nabacivanju mase na citavo tijelo,ne samo na noge.Mislim da je nemoguce radit masu bez te 2 i jos par osnovnih vjezbi

    Nema tu srece kad nema 5grama cistog kreatin monohidrata.
    Horse power je preparat sa dobrim marketingom i to je sve.Ne kazem da nije dobar,ali ima dosta bolji preparata ove vrste.

    Imam 25 god, i hocu da pocnem u teretanu imam oko 100 kg.Mislio sam da uzmem steroid ,,winstrol,,pa me interesuje kakav je i koliko se nabaci mase od njega???
