    Da ne bi otvarao novi topik da pitam odje..
    Poceo sam skoro s treninzima, medjutim relativno lose se hranim i uglavnom je to niskoproteinska hrana. S obzirom da mi treba jos nekoliko kila htio sam da uzmem neki preparat ali veze nemam o toj hemiji.
    Moze li mi neko od vas preporucit nesto?

    Pogledaj tender oglase, imas prodavnicu ispod stadiona i u sportski centar mada je tamo skuplje. Whey pijes posle treninga i ujutro kad ti treba najvise proteina a mass gainer koristis kao zamjenu za obrok ili izmedju obroka

    E ovako...trebao bi da "skinem" nekih 7-8 kila, a posto bas nisam tip za raznorazne dijete, odlucio sam da probam teretanom...Moze li da recimo, da radim samo definiciju??I bio bih zahvalan za bilo kakvu informaciju o sagorivacima masti u vidu tableta na biljnoj bazi, koliko je to zdravo i valja li uzimat, itd. ?

    upravo tako, a l carnitine nema efekta uopste osim ako coek nije na keto ili ne radi pravilan kardio i fat burning pa mu ovo pomaze, biliv mi , 2 litra sam stukao sa trcanjem svaki dan po sat i nista , posle promijenio taktiku i vec imam rezultat

    kakav crni l-carnitine, djelotvoran je tek na nekoliko grama,a onda se dzepovi prazne extra brzo,a efekat nije ni primac "pravim" fatburnerima, naravno ne mislim na drkalice kao sto su animal cuts,unidyne,lipo6 i tako to

    Narode, htio sam vas pitat' za neke savjete.
    Ovako.. Dok radim trbusnjake, donje ( dizanje noga ) , kicma me zaboli, toliko da skoro ne mogu radit'... Desava li se ovo jos kome? Radim po 10 ponavljanja u seriji, 3-4 serije.. Koliko bi mi najbolje bilo da odmaram izmedju serija? Treba li posle jedne serije zavrsenih vjezbi odmah da krenem drugu? Znaci, trening mi se sastoji iz 4 vjezbe..
    Prva : vratilo.. Radim siroke, sa sakama NE okrenutim prema meni..
    Druga i treca : trbusnjaci.. Uradim 10 klasicnih, pa 10 puta dignem noge, samo sto imam gore navedeni problem..
    Cetvrta: Sklekovi... Radim od 10-15 u seriji..
    Htio bih jos da vas pitam sta bih trebao da jedem POSLE treninga... A prije, ne jedem po sat i po- dva, jer sam citao da ne valja.
    Nadam se da ce mi neko pomoci.. Hvala..

    Kreni druze u teretanu, tesko da sta mozes napravit sa sipkom. Ono jeste vratilo zakon kad pocinju djeca da treniraju, vise po vas dan (sto je greska u startu), ali mladi su pa napreduju svakako (do jedne ure).
