    Nego sjutra pocinje Mr.Olympia najveci dogadjaj u bb, Jay Cutler favorit, ima jos dobrih takmicara od kojih bih izdvojio Denisa Wolf-a, tu su i Phil Heat, sve u svemu skup najvecih atleta na Zemlji, bice zanimljivo !

    Bio sinoc prejudging. San me sprijecio da gledam uzivo ali koliko vidim po slikama isto kao i prosle godine. Jay najveci ali forma loosa. Dexter i Phil su odlicni ali manji od Jaya. Wolf ista stvar strasna forma. Toney Freeman je predobar. Ovo je top 5.

    Ne bih se slozio da je Jay-u losa forma, cak mnogo bolja nego prethodnih godina !

    Izgleda da sam ipak bio malo pospan a i prenos je stekao sestoko
    Definitivno najbolja petorka Wolf, Freeman, Heat, Dex i Jay i to po meni bas tim redosledom !

    Dexter najskladniji definitivno, ali po mom ukusu previse sitan. A koliko je samo bilo price o Muscletech-u i sponzorstvu...

    Pa jbg, svi imamo razlicite ukuse. Eto, ja sam jedan od rijetkih, sto voli te mass monstere. Inace vidio sam novije Jay-eve slike, i vise nego odlican !

    Hvala, hvala... Primam komplimente

    Dobri su bicepsi, mada eto za nijansnu bi mogli bit bolji
    Visok sam 185cm a težak 84kg, i zadovoljan bi bio kad bi zaokružio na 90. a nadam se da ću to postić iduće godine.

    pozdrav ljudi
    potrebno mi je malo konsultacija
    naime,dosta puta prochitah kako bez dobre,odgovarajuce ishrane nema ni napredka ,zato se prije 10 dana odluchih vodit rachuna o tome.(tada sam imao 90 kg)
    otprilike ovako to izgleda
    09:30 - suvo voce u mlijeku.. iliti. kornfelks
    11:00 - 1 banana
    13:30 - pilece/curece bijelo meso sa pomfritom i nekom salatom
    16:00 - orah u med + 1 banana (prije treninga)
    18:00 - trening
    19:30 - PMW (3 bjelanca + 1 tunjevina)
    22:00 - 2-3 sendvicha sa salamom od pilecih prsa i posnog sira

    otrpilike je to ovako izgledalo svaki dan...

    nakon 10 dana moram priznati da osjecam blagu malaksalost,pogotovo tokom treninga i da nisam u stanju da radim onoliko jako koliko ranije.
    takoodje imam osjecaj da sam mrshaviji.. al kad stanem na vagu pokazuje se ista cifra kao ranije
    to mi je malo nejasno..
    priznajem laik sam zato bi volio chut da li je ovo sve ok,dal nastaviti ovako... i o chemu se radi ..

    Mozda ti je jak tempo i goris vise energije nego sto unosis, ako je tezina ista ili manja pojacaj obroke slobodno I jedi za dorucak slobodno tezu hranu, npr. uzmes 2 bureka ona iz Inpeka i nabucas se jogurta 1-2 litra

    Cekaj Djuka, oces malo mase ili skidas, nisam shvatio !

    Ujutro proteini i kompleksni UH, ubaci ovsene i bjelanca ! Pusti kornflejks ! Aj moze i ta banana.
    Pilece i curece obavezno, ali nemoj pomfrit, moze riza ili pire krompir.
    Dobro bi bilo kad bi mogao da ubacis i obrok crvenog mesa (junetina)
    Orah med i banana ti ne treba prije treninga, trebaju ti PROTEINI !!!
    PWM mora jaci, bio bi dobar neki whey, ali ako nema onda 10 bjelanaca + dex!
    I jedi 30 min posle PWM-a a ne 2.5h !

    obzirom da sam visok 1.90 mislim da bi mi prirodnije bilo makar +10kg
    hvala na ovim savjetima.. znachi uz isprave u ishrani i ona mora biti jacha nego shto sam naveo?
    uzeo bih mozda whey,shto zbog preporuke-shto zbog toga shto ne volim jest jaja..
    znachi li to da whey zamjenjuje cijeli PWM?
    il bi trebao josh neshto ubacit uz njega?
    ako ima banalnih pitanja vec sam rekao da sam laik,nemojte zamjerit

    Uz whey uzmi dextrozu jedno 30-50g. To smutish zajedno i popijesh posle treninga.
    Sachekas pola sata do sat vremena i onda se napapish.
    Ako imash para valjalo bi josh ubacit glutamin, bcaa...
    Da bi napredovao u masi gledaj da ti unos bjelanchevina bude barem 2, 2.5g po kg....Eto ti je oktagon napisa' gore shto da jedesh.

    djuka ova ishrana ti je nista , zato malaksavas i crkavas , ubachi toga mesa jos vise, i kakvi sendvici i smeca, fileti, snicle , rize pashte , i sto ti rekose oodma pola sata posle treninga jedi, vise vitamina minerala, i sna

    p.s. ja sam od danas posle 3 mjeseca pauze opet na treninzima , uzeohmalo suplemenata osim sto jeden 6 7 puta dnevno jaku hranu, 110 kila , uzeo sam l-carnitin 1100 tecni za malo topljenja , malo kretina u tablete, bcaa u tablete i vita minerali tablete, dvije nedjelje 5 puta treninzi, pa posle 5 + 3 puta dupli u dva sata pauze , kardio najvise, malo tegova , pa da vidimo sta cemo uraditi, ako se opet ne povrijedim
