    Znali ko gdje ima da se kupe bilderske trik majce sa veliki otvorom za grudi i tankim tregerima?
    P.s od labrade je sve dobro mada imaju jacu cijenu...

    Kako si to mogao da osjetis da ima efekta, ipak je to samo protein, jedino sto mozes da osjetis je ukus, a ne sumnjam da nije dobar.
    A ipak mana je sto na dozer od 50g dodje svega 25g proteina.

    Pa samo sam koristio Whey od kad sam poceo da treniram evo 4 mjeseca, i osjetio sam po masi i definiciji mišića... Ali to ne znaci da će svima odgovarat, jer mene se desavalo da mi neki preparati nemaju efekta a nekome totalno suprotno... zato rekoh da mi se dobro pokazao...

    pijem suplemente vec skoro 3 godine, sto se tice whey-a pio sam ultimate nutrition,biotech,maximize,itd itd...skoro svaki, i uzeo sam ovaj labrada i stvarno mi se odlicno pokazao

    mozda je placebo efekat, ne znam, ali mogu da kazem da mi ovaj whey odgovara, jako je ukusan i lako se muti, i osjecaj posle njega je kao da sam fino ruckio

    nista, cim se probudis na trcanje, pa kad dodjes onda obrok, mos ovsene, posle 2h udri po mesu, po mogucnosti sto cisitjem (piletina, junetina, konjetina, curetina)

    najbolje bi bilo da uzmes jutro da popijes whey sa vodom koji ce da prodje kroz tebe kroz nekih pola sata 45min, a i drzace te sitog i imaces i izdrzljivosti da trcis..
    poslije toga neki lagani dorucak, mozda neka tunjevina sa malo nemasnog sira i to je to..

    e kad cujem kako se napreduje, kako vas radi protein, nekakve mase definicije, a nidje nijedne slike ................... c c c moj oktagone vidis ti ovo , ja danas uzeh casu vode, kako me radi, odma sam osjetio na masu

    Dal da radim npr. 4 razlicite vjezbe za grudi po 3 ili 4 serije? I interesuje me broj ponavljanja u seriji (12, 10, 8...)? Cilj mi je masa.

    ja radim 4vjezbe po 3 serije, nekad n+u neku vjezbu ubacim 4-u seriju... a ako ti je cilj masa radi tu do 8 ponavljanja sa vecim kilazama...
