    Pozdrav ljudi,oko godinu dana radim sledece vjezbe,pocetnik sam,i svaki dan uglavnom,ali bice da je svaki drugi treci dan da radim po ovom sistemu :

    Vratilo 5 x 15

    Razboj 5 x 15

    Sklekovi 5 x 15

    Usko vratilo 5 x 15

    Tegovi kriva sipka 5 x 15 sa oko 20 kg,nisam siguran.

    I ovakav je jedan moj trening.

    Imam 72-3 kg,a htio bih jda dobijem jos koje jer sam malo visi,ali evo godinu dana vidi se napredak..htio sam da pitam sta sa ishranom da radim,kako da pojacam treninge,jer sve ovo imam kuci,ne idem u teretanu,tako da hvala svima na pomoci..Pozz!

    piletina riba..kuvano meso(moze cak i krmetina) mlijeka bucaj (mozes sojinog ako ti smeta laktoza) i popravices se, ne znam sto si sve stavio po 15 ja recimo sklekova mogu 10 puta vise odradit nego na vratilo..

    pa ne znam sve zavisi šta ti paše, radi recimo vratilo i razboj po 10 a sklekove po 30 i sl. za ishranu sam ti već napisao

    mijenjaj svaki mjesec, jer organizam se psihicki privikne na iste vjezbe i usporava il nema napretka , a sojino mlijeko i bilo sto od soje ni u ludilu , ne slusaj nsx-a za te stvari .............

    Ovaj proizvod.

    Nista specijalno nijesam trenirao jer sam skroz bio van forme. Kuci sklekovi i rad sa bucicama (ne svaki dan) i svaki dan po 2/2 ipo sata bas jaceg basketa.

    U pocetku sam mislio da cu pluca i zeludac na usta izbacit. Planiram jos 5 dana taj rad, onda 15 dana plivanje (mozda i pomalo trcanje) a onda da pocnem sa teretanom. Malo imam problema sa zglobovima Skocni zglob i koljena znaju da me neprijatno bole posle basketa, i zglob izvise sake kad radim sa bucicama (radim sa po 20/25 kg).

    Hydroxycut - hardcore od Muscletecha.

    A ja sam smrsao 8 kg sa ovi rezimom "treninga" koji sam ti gore naveo. Sad me zanima kakvo je tvoje misljenje o ovom preparatu. Dali da nastavim sa drugom kutijom ili napravim neku pauzu pa predjem na Animal Cut jer treba jos dosta da se skida?

    8 kila za mjesec je previse, taj preparat ti pet sam od sebe nece dat nista samo ces baciti pare, max 3 kila je pravilno mrsanje , ono neporvatno sve preko je jojo efekat i izbacivanje ogromne vode, plus sigurno nepravilna ishrana i malo gubitka misicne mase ;p , osim ako nisi pro bilder pa pred takmicenje to radis pa znas sta radis i skidas samo mast , a i tad oslabe tolko da ne bi cijepali takev rezime treninga , preskoci oba,
    reci mi tacno sto jedes , kad koliko i kolko puta?

    Napravite mi neki trening za snagu. Kako najbrze do snage da dodjem nemam neki cilj poseban ni def ni masa
    Ishranu pokusavam da sredim kolko mogu. Evo sad pojedoh 3 jaja przena
    Od sprava imam bendz ravni/kosi, vratilo, razobj, trbusni/ledjni. Imam i bucice. I jos dodam na ovo sve sklekove na propadanje

    Prije sam radio: grudi -triceps(bench/ravni/kosi/sa bucicama/sklekovi/razboj i 2-3 vjezbe za triceps.))
    odmor
    ledja -biceps(vratilo uski/siroki, ledjne, bucice 4 vjezbe po 4 serije.
    odmor
    Noge- ramena-stomak (noge(cucnjevi, dizanje na prste, i jos 2 vjezbe za butine)ramena 3 vjezbe po 4 serije sa bucicama i stomak trbusni.

    Prvih pola godine sam vidio napredak ali posle nekako sam izgubio volju kad sam vidio da ne napredujem djao popio

    Ja od ovih firmiranih fatburnera nijesam gledao neke koristi, posto sam izraziti endomorf, kad sam skidao tezinu picio sam ove "ozbiljnije" stvarcice, jednom eca, drugi put t3 i oba puta sam skinuo mnooogo sala za relativno kratko vrijeme.

    Od clena tresu ruke da se ne moze trpljeti. A kad sam ja to radio anavar se nije ni mogao naci, dodavao sam winstrol-v.

    prvo soja ima estrogena desjtva, drugo soja je najvise modifkovana i nagrdjena zitarica na planeti, a da ne ulazim u raspravu sto ti moze ucinjet na duzi rok.......................
