    samo jedna off tema: Treniram vec godinu. Uzimam whey vec mjesec dana,pw, pred spavanje i ujutru. Preporucuje li se uzimanje kreatina za bolji rast misica? i Kako se krece cijena istog?
    p.s. potpuni sam laik sto se suplementa tice, zato i pitam mozda banalno pitanje. Jedino, dosta toga 'ulazem' u ishrani.

    bas, porasce ti misici metar od kreatina hahahahaha sorry morao sam, ne koristis search i ne citas unazad,
    kreatin ti je za izdrzljivost, da ne duzim sad objasnjavanjem kako to funkcionise,
    a drugo dzabe ti sav whet ovoga svijeta ako si kalorijski manjkav, i ako nemas sredjenu ishranu usput

    hahaha, pa reci sto god oces i zelis, rekao sam da se ne razumijem u suplemente, i necu se uvredit i jos sam naveo da mi je ishrana sredjena. No, ok, nesto naucih, kreatin je za izdrzljivost, time dizes vise, pritom i raste misic. Fala.

    nije mi 'timing' neki, ali se hranim zdravo tj. pilece bijelo,tuna, povrce,dosta nemasnog jogurta,mlijeka,tu su uglavnom proteini zivotinjskog porijekla, unosim approx. oko 160 gr bjelancevina dnevno.(nekih 150 je meni dnevno potrebno, na moju skromnu kilazu 75 kg i 178 visinu) ukljucujuci whey koji ti spomenuh; ne mogu bez vode,ne hranim se 'smecem', ne jedem grickalice,cokolade, uvece jedem lako varljive hrane.. to je to otprilike .
